We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and play Ember Ruin. You do not own any in-game content, characters, currency, or account data — all rights remain with R2Games.

3. Virtual Currency & Purchases

All purchases of Virtual Currency and in-game items are final and non-refundable. Virtual Currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. You may not trade, sell, or transfer Virtual Currency or accounts outside the game.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Cheating, hacking, or using third-party software to gain unfair advantages
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or staff
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your account
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain without reporting them
  • Posting unlawful, offensive, or misleading content

9. Data Deletion

To delete your account and all associated in-game data, contact our support team via email. Deletion is irreversible. All data will be erased or anonymised within ten working days, except where retention is required by law.
